Why Your Resume Gets Rejected Automatically by HR Software

1. Unparsable PDF Structure

Some PDF creators save text as images. If a bot can't highlight the text in your PDF, it can't read it. Use standard 'Save as PDF' from Word or Google Docs.

2. Keyword Thresholds

Many MNCs set a threshold (e.g., 70% skill match). If your resume only hits 65%, you are auto-rejected without a second glance.

3. Date Formatting Errors

If you write '2023-Present', some older ATS systems might see that as an invalid date range and discard your experience section entirely.
